What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information?

It is easy to update your HK Vitals account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'. My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on HK Vitals. Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids,, track the status of your orders,get help about existing orders and find details about your Vitals cash.

Order Status Related

What do the different order status mean?

Order Placed: Your order has been received by us and we’re processing it.

In Transit: The order has been shipped from our warehouse and the delivery partner is working on getting it delivered to you.

Out for Delivery: The order has reached the delivery partner’s hub nearest to you and will likely be delivered on the same day, or the next working day.

Delivered: The order was successfully delivered at your delivery address.

Cancelled/Returned: The order was cancelled and is being returned to our warehouse. In case of a prepaid order, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the package.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the order is confirmed. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected dispatch or delivery time. You will also receive an SMS along with your order ID on the registered phone number.

You will also be notified when the item(s) are shipped to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

Can I order a product that is 'Sold Out'?

Unfortunately, products listed as 'Sold Out' are not available for sale. Please use the 'Notify Me' feature to be informed of the product's availability.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section.

In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' tab to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on ‘View Details’ below that specific order.

Payment Related

How do I pay for a purchase on HK Vitals?

There are multiple payment options available when making a purchase on the HK Vitals app and website, including cash on delivery and online payment options.

Online payment options include Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Netbanking and online wallets like PhonePe, Airtel Money and Amazon Pay.

What is Cash on Delivery?

If you are uncomfortable making an online payment on HK Vitals, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery payment mode. With COD, you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. Please note that certain additional charges will apply to Cash on Delivery orders

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

To pay using your credit/debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

How do I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?

In your cart, tap on ‘Proceed to Pay’ and then confirm your address. On the payment options page, select ‘Cash on Delivery’ and check the box next to ‘I want to pay on delivery’, then tap ‘Pay via COD’.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking/UPI but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Please check your debit/credit card/account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate a refund within 3 days of your request.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

Why is COD not available to me?

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations or in case of multiple COD orders being cancelled in the past. Hence, based on your location, the COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

Delivery Related

How do you ship your orders?

Most items are shipped by air. We deliver most of our orders through courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery and FedEx. For a few remote locations where there is no other courier service available, we use India Post to deliver your orders.

Do you ship to international locations?

We currently ship only within India and do not ship to any international location.

How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?

We deliver your order within 2-3 working days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints.

How can I track my order?

You can access tracking information from your 'My Account' section at the top right corner on our website www.hkvitals.com. Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post shipping.

How long do you take to dispatch an order?

We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible.In-stock items are dispatched the same or the next day of order placement.

What are the shipping charges on HK Vitals?

All HK Vitals products come with absolutely free shipping and there are no additional shipping charges.

Cancellations & Modifications

What is HK Vitals Cancellation Policy?

If the order or the item(s) in your order are not shipped, cancellation is possible. Click on ‘Orders’ and you will reach your order history. Click ‘Cancel’ for the order(s) you wish to cancel. You will be notified about the status within 30 mins. One cancellation is allowed in 24 hours. For prepaid orders, the order amount will be refunded back to your bank account within 2-5 business days, or as per your respective bank timelines. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

Once your request for cancellation is received and successfully processed, we will initiate the refund. Usually, for prepaid orders, it takes 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

Returns & Refunds

What is the general return policy on HK Vitals?

14 Day Return Policy

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at HK Vitals- you can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods.Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we'll gladly take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery. In the case of online payments,we reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery as mode of payment, we require account details from the customer’s end to process the refund.

What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

If an item is found damaged, missing or incorrect as per your order & the description on our website, customers have to escalate a concern with us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a picture of the packaging and products at [email protected] or chat on www.hkvitals.com/contact-us within those 48 hours (excluding gazetted holidays & Sunday). We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund or a replacement, as per your request. Replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. Please note the usual 15-day return policy won’t be applicable in these kinds of cases.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Once a return/replacement is requested and approved by our team, we will create the pickup at your address and the product will be picked up within 1-2 working days. Kindly ensure that the product is unused and unopened; and that all tags, boxes and packaging is intact.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.

There are two modes of refund:

Vitals Cash - If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your HK Vitals account in the form of Vitals Cash and can be used to place subsequent orders.

Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

What is the validity period of Vitals Cash?

The validity period of Vitals Cash is generally 90 days from the date of issue. Please check the ‘Vitals Cash’ section under ‘My Account’ for exact details.

Coupons & Vitals Cash

What is a promo coupon?

To give you the best deals around, we occasionally issue promo coupons. It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts.

Can I club two coupons in one purchase?

No, two coupons can NOT be applied at the same time. In general our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

How do I use a promo coupon?

Add products you want to shop in your cart. Once you are on the cart page, you will see the list of offers available for you which you can apply on your cart. Also you can enter the coupon code on this page. You would have to be logged in to be able to use any offers or coupons .
